    Operations Manager

    Job Description:                                                                                                                                  

    • In charge of the Operations.
    • Performance appraisal and promotion of Organization Personnel.

    Primary Accountabilities:

    To obtain / arrange the necessary permits for Organization operations.Statutory compliances to Principal / Client requirements.

    • To run the operations with zero accident and maintain high standard of safety and housekeeping.
    • Direct the sales and market growth initiatives that create distinctive value to customers in the oil field Equipments supply industry.
    • Develop and implement a strategy, by customer, that defines the business potential and details a process for capturing it.  This includes identifying the key decision makers, products, pricing, technical support needs, and other resources required to close sales
    • To enhance and improve customer service. 
    • To keep the project cost within budget or lower by optimizing resources and manpower.
    • To find better solution of doing a job for ease in operation and achieve better productivity/targets (linked directly to incentive schemes).
    • To continuously benchmark the KPI’s of Organization against standards & seek continual improvement.
    • Control, discipline, motivate and train Supervisors, Executives and Staff.
    • To implement projects to enhance productivity and lower the conversion cost.
    • To comply to the requirements of the off takers which necessarily include :
      Organization modifications for efficiency improvements.

    Educational Qualifications & Pre-requisites:

    Preferably from an Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering background with Bachelor degree  and 5-10 years of experience in operating business independently and executing projects.

    • Good record in improving the throughputs and productivity in the Organization
    • Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills at all levels in the organization
    • Strong good understanding of Oil Field Equipments and technology
    • Operations strategy formulation & Good knowledge of ISO: 9001, ISO: 14001.

    Sales Managers / Sales Engineers

    Job Description

            Expand market share in our core business, Oil & Gas and Power Generation / Distribution

    • Responsible for the Sales and Marketing of our services within the Sultanate
    • Manage the request for quotations, conduct sales meetings, perform technical and sales presentations and track bids to win orders
    • Maintain, develop and leverage relationships with EPCs end users and key accounts
    • Identify new business opportunities and projects

    Your experience will help you to interact with major customers in EPCs and  all end users.

    Requirement

    • Degree / Diploma in Instrument / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
    • Age 25 – 40 and experience in a related field or in an industrial selling environment
    • Ability to work proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
    • Knowledge of principles and operations of critical power systems an advantage
    • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

    Project Engineers

    Graduate in instrumentation / Electronics and well versed with DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD and Fire & Gas Systems.
    Candidates required will be highly self-motivated to work in a professional environment.
